The profession of a cultural artist: Kolya Serga gave an exclusive interview to For HR.

A new interview with the famous singer, poet, musician, showman, comedian, and Ukrainian Armed Forces serviceman – Kolya Serga – has been released on the For HR channel. The artist talked about all the details of his profession and shared how he created a unit that is engaged in cultural and psychological support for Ukrainian military personnel – the “Cultural Landing.”

“The profession of an artist is about growth and opportunities. Nowadays, the attitude towards the profession and the role it plays has slightly changed and expanded. If before I was just an artist, now I am a cultural figure. This is a more inclusive concept. I want to say that we have a very promising country in terms of culture, with many talents creating incredible creative projects. As for the downsides, the attention and sense of responsibility that requires a lot of effort are the most burdensome for me,” commented Kolya Serga.

Kolya also told how he selects people for the team and what he pays attention to first of all during the interview.

“I always choose my team very carefully and look at all the skills that should correspond to the position. The main ones are: discipline, ability to learn quickly, understanding of subordination and sense of responsibility. They must have accurate knowledge of their direction and the ability to communicate,” Kolya said.

Kolya Serga also commented on his new project, which he created during the full-scale invasion – “Cultural Landing“. Today, this unit regularly gives concerts in de-occupied cities, in particular in hospitals and bomb shelters, and inspires Ukrainians to victory.
