Smart Solutions confirms international-level data protection
On May 1, 2026, Smart Solutions, as part of Eclectic Talents Group, received the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification — the international standard for information security management. The audit was conducted by Bureau Veritas (UKAS accreditation, United Kingdom), one of the world’s most respected independent certification bodies.
The personnel data, HR processes, and operational functions entrusted to us are protected in accordance with the highest international standard — verified through an independent audit by Bureau Veritas.
Certificate No. UK.ISMS.391 covers more than 20 legal entities of the group across eight countries: Ukraine, Poland, Czech Republic, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan. It applies to all key areas of Eclectic Talents Group’s operations, including HR outsourcing, IT services, logistics, and software development. The certification is valid until April 30, 2029, with interim audits scheduled for 2027 and 2028.
This achievement is the result of 14 months of systematic work that began in March 2025. During this period, Eclectic Talents Group teams completed the full implementation cycle of the information security management system:
— Diagnostic audit — assessment of the initial state and identification of priorities.
— Team training — courses on the standard, risk management, and internal audits.
— Inventory and classification — accounting for information assets, software, equipment, and personnel.
— Documentation — development of more than 40 internal policies and procedures.
— Risk assessment — identification of threats across all departments and countries of operation.
— Internal audit and management review — independent verification of the management system.
— Bureau Veritas certification audit — a two-stage final verification process.
For many of our international partners, ISO/IEC 27001 certification is a mandatory requirement for cooperation. Today, every country where we operate follows clear data management rules, effective incident response procedures, and transparent control mechanisms.
This certification officially confirms that we approach data protection systematically and responsibly — protecting our own data, as well as that of our clients and partners.

Looking ahead, the next steps include mandatory training programs for all employees, new technical solutions for device monitoring and protection, and the continued development of an information security culture across all offices.
