Smart Solutions at the HR PRO Awards 2023

On November 23, 2023, a landmark event in the field of HR took place in the Unit City Innovation Park  – the awarding ceremony of the winners of the HR PRO Awards. The All-Ukrainian annual award for HR professionals is designed to celebrate team and personal achievements in the field of personnel management, which stimulates the further development of the HR direction.

This year, more than 100 participants took part in the event, the competition was held in 12 nominations in the categories of Projects and Personnel (Recruiting, Training and Development, Reward and Recognition, HR Analytics, Digital Work Environment, HR of the Year, HR influencer, etc.), and the expert jury was represented by CEOs of Ukrainian and international companies operating in various cities of Ukraine, as well as experienced HR specialists with international certification and education. 

The honorable mission to represent the Smart Solutions company at the event, as well as to present awards to the top companies of Ukraine – the winners in the Recruiting nomination, went to Olena Kutsokon, Head of Recruitment at Smart Solutions.

“For me, the HR PRO Awards became a symbol of the unity and strength of the Ukrainian HR community, which, despite the challenges of the war, continues to develop and demonstrate impressive results. Today, our industry is all about strong-willed decisions and flexible thinking, innovative tools and stable mutual support. Each of the 25 winners of the Award received an honorary award – a “Nike” statuette, which symbolizes unceasing development and movement towards victory. It is clear that the HR PRO Awards establish a great tradition of healthy competition in the HR industry, and Smart Solutions is delighted to be a part of this initiative.
