Smart Solutions and Generation+ Join Forces to Support Youth Career Development
Smart Solutions and the Generation+ charitable foundation have signed a memorandum of cooperation and partnership in the fields of career guidance, career development, and employer engagement.
The main goal of this synergy is to build a bridge between modern business and young people who are just starting their professional journey. The partnership aims to help youth develop a clear vision of their careers, gain актуal knowledge directly from practitioners, and successfully adapt to labor market demands.
The joint initiative by Smart Solutions and Generation+ will help teenagers and students make informed career choices, understand the specifics of today’s labor market, and acquire skills that are truly in demand among employers.

The partnership includes organizing meetings with recruiters, HR directors, and career consultants; developing and implementing training and educational programs; hosting joint career days, lectures, and job fairs; as well as involving international experts and large companies in the foundation’s career guidance initiatives.

Generation+ is a charitable foundation that supports teenagers aged 14–17, including those from vulnerable groups, in their transition to adulthood.
