Post-release of the Business Coffee event “HR Processes 2024: New Reality and Successful Cases”.
On April 4, 2024, a Business Coffee event on the topic of “HR Processes 2024: New Reality and Successful Cases” was held through the joint initiative of Fillin and Smart Solutions companies. During the event, HR specialists exchanged current ideas and practices in personnel management and listened to presentations from experienced speakers.
The event program featured top HR experts such as Natalia Terekhina, HR Director of “Kernel”; Dmitry Karpenko, General Manager of “Fillin Ukraine”; and Alexey Petrov, Deputy HR Director of “Agromat”.
Key topics discussed during the business event included the adaptation of employees returning from the front lines, strategies for recruiting and retaining staff in the new reality, and personnel development strategies using artificial intelligence.
Participants emphasized the importance of comprehensive support for veterans’ integration, ranging from diverse video courses for colleagues and managers to supporting the spouses and relatives of returning military personnel.
Additionally, valuable information was provided about the benefits of training staff to work with IS (Information Systems) for effective automation of business processes, increased productivity, and cost reduction. Strategies for quickly and flexibly responding to changes in personnel recruitment in modern realities and providing effective solutions for addressing any unforeseen situations in business were also highlighted.
