Leadership, Innovation, and DEI: Awarding the Winners of the HR Brand Ukraine 2024 Prize
On December 12, 2024, the main event of the year in the HR industry took place — the award ceremony for the winners of the HR Brand Ukraine 2024 Prize, recognizing the best achievements in human resource management, alongside the “WORLDS” conference.

This year, 46 leading Ukrainian and international companies were nominated for the HR Brand Prize, presenting 63 projects competing for the top accolades.

“The HR Brand Ukraine 2024 Prize has become a true symbol of strength, humanity, and innovation in Ukrainian business. We witnessed systematic and comprehensive solutions to enhance employee engagement — engagement of the highest order: through meaning, values, care for health and emotional well-being, improving employee-employer interactions, creating digital work environments, and fostering continuous learning and development. This year, many projects emphasized inclusivity and accessibility, as well as equal gender opportunities for women. Despite current challenges, Ukrainian companies maintain their economic resilience, turning difficulties into opportunities and ensuring sustainable human capital development not in words but in deeds. This inspires us and proves that together, we can achieve more — that Ukraine is not only about struggle but also about development and the future of recovery,” said Larysa Onypko, leader of the HR Brand Ukraine Prize.

At the HR Brand “WORLDS” conference, important topics were discussed, including: human capital as the foundation for economic breakthroughs; finding reserves to reboot the labor market; human-centricity, meaning-making, diversity, and inclusivity; reintegrating veterans into civilian life; changing leadership paradigms; CEO learning and development; and how companies can become the best employers for their teams.

Following the conference, a spectacular award ceremony celebrated the winners of the HR Brand Ukraine 2024 Prize.
A professional jury determined winners in 15 categories, evaluating modernity, innovation, effectiveness, and the impact of the projects on human capital development and employee support.
“The HR Brand Ukraine Prize is not just about recognizing the best projects but also a unique opportunity to exchange ideas that have proven their effectiveness in real business scenarios. It shows that even in the most challenging times, Ukrainian companies persevere. We grow, we learn, we implement new approaches, and we change not only businesses but also lives. This is an opportunity to provide the HR community with tools that work and inspire continuous improvement. Together, we are building a future where Ukrainian companies set an example of strength, resilience, and innovation,” – said Artem Nikishov, partner at Eclectic Talents Group.
Congratulations to the winners whose achievements inspire, set new standards, and make a significant contribution to developing Ukraine’s HR culture!
