Business Coffee for HRDs and CEOs: “How to Ensure the Sustainability of Human Capital in 2025: Challenges and Strategies”
On April 3, the HR Brand Award invites HR directors and CEOs to a business coffee event to discuss the topic: “How to Ensure the Sustainability of Human Capital in 2025: Challenges and Strategies.”
Human capital is a major challenge for both businesses and governments.
- How can its sustainability be ensured?
- What strategies are companies adopting for workforce management in 2025?
- How do businesses retain employees, enhance team engagement and productivity under constant stress?
- What alternative solutions are being found to address labor shortages?
- How do reskilling and upskilling help business teams stay flexible, adaptable, and achieve their goals in an era of uncertainty?
These and other critical questions will be discussed with HRDs and CEOs.
Special attention will be given to the retention and engagement of frontline employees. We will examine a typical workday of a “blue-collar” worker in Ukraine and the EU, identifying the key factors that influence their motivation and productivity.
“Sustainable human capital is a strategic approach to talent management that ensures long-term development, well-being, and employee efficiency in harmony with business and societal needs. In times of labor migration and rapid market changes, businesses must not only retain talent but also create conditions for their growth, invest in training, mental health, and flexible work environments,” – says Larysa Onypko, leader of the HR Brand Award.
