Сustomer support (Czech Republic)

Requirements:

  • German (B2 and above);
  • Willingness to study a large amount of information;
  • High communication skills.

Conditions:

  • Official employment (Czech Republic, Pardubice);
  • H / L: (bet + bonuses);
  • Vacation, sick pay.
  • Contract for 1 year with the possibility of renewal;
  • The visa is opened, paid by the company;
  • Food expenses are covered;
  • Flexible 5/2 schedule (40 hours per week) without night shifts;
  • Compensation for housing the first month.

Duties:

  • Receive incoming calls.
  • Consultation of clients on issues regarding products provided by the company.
