  • The introduction of new ideas to improve the work process;
  • Creating a positive and working atmosphere in the team.


  • Experience in the position of Senior recruiter;
  • Experience in management or mentoring will be an advantage;
  • Understanding the features of employment abroad;
  • Sociability, flexibility in decision-making, energy, ability to have people to oneself, responsibility, sociability and focus on results.
