National HR-manager

 

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Recruiting and onboarding of new employees (including preparation of job advertisements, job interviews and employment contracts)
  • Compensation and payroll management
  • Employee and team development (conception and organization of internal and external training programs)
  • Personnel marketing activities
  • Shaping a social working environment
  • Consulting activities and ongoing support for employees and managers
  • Coordination of initial training in the headquarter for new employees
  • Employee data management on the HR Management Software
  • Support of the subsidiary's Management regarding HR topics
  • Contribution in HR projects and HR process design
  • Contact person for governmental and/or other authorities regarding HR related issues
  • Legal compliance according to the national employment law
  • Implementation and optimization of corporate HR standards in the role as Expert National (EN) for Human Resources - close communication and cooperation with HR International

 

Skills and requirements:

Professional education

  • University degree (main focus on Personnel Management an advantage)
  • Profund knowledge of local employment law
  • Basic knowledge of compensation and payroll management
  • Fluent English spoken and written

Professional experience

  • Two years of professional experience and knowledge of HR processes
  • Experience in recruiting and coaching
  • Good IT knowledge (MS Office)
