HR manager

 
What will you do?
  • search, selection and adaptation of personnel of different levels, personnel reserve maintenance;
  • training and staff development - external, internal training, evaluation of the conducted training;
  • staff assessment;
  • creation and implementation of the system of internal communications;
  • development of regulations, instructions and reports for needs;
  • personnel records management;
  • Cooperation with the Company's Office in the field of personnel policy and systems: rewards, bonuses and motivation;
  • Participation in organizing and conducting corporate events and team building;
  • participation in other personnel management projects

Requirements:

  • Higher education (preferably in HR);
  • work experience from 3 years in a similar position (Desired work experience in an international company);
  • independence and responsibility in implementing HR-projects with 0;
  • knowledge of personnel workflow;
  • knowledge and practical experience of developing HR-systems (selection, training and development, assessment, non-material motivation, corporate culture);
  • communication skills, responsibility, initiative, autonomy, attentiveness, ability to work in a team;
  • English - Pre-Intermediate +;
  • knowledge of the Polish language is welcomed;
  • driver's license kat IN;
  • orientation to the result;
