Important:

 

  • Higher education;
  • Work experience - from 3 years in a similar position (preferably in international companies);
  • English language - Upper-Intermediate;
  • knowledge of HR - processes (selection, adaptation, motivation, development of employees)
  • Successful experience of practical application and implementation of modern practices and personnel management technologies;
  • Knowledge of standards and rules of personnel office work
  • Successful development of the recruitment system

  • Recruitment system development
  • Development of employee assessment programs;
  • Control of personnel records management
