HR Director

Responsibilities:

  • Development and management of the personnel assessment process;
  • Improving the team motivation system and employee retention strategies;
  • Development and implementation of a business process in the direction of effective recruitment and adaptation of personnel;
  • Improving the system of training and staff development;
  • Analysis and assessment of the state of the HR company;
  • Formation and management of HR budget;
  • Organization of training and other corporate events
  • Development of a social package for employees;
  • Employer Brand Development

Requirements:

  • From 3-5 years of professional experience in the role of HR business partner, HR Director
  • Successful experience in practical application of modern HR practices and technologies
  • Practical experience in the creation and implementation of HR projects in the direction of: (staff selection and adaptation; staff assessment; building a corporate culture; motivational compensation and benefits)
  • Knowledge of modern HR branding practices and the ability to apply them in current work and tasks;
  • Experience in team and process management, project and budget management;
  • Focus on results, independence in work, energy, excellent communication skills;
  • Knowledge of English at a level not lower than Intermediate.
