Head of Administrative Department

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of the administrative function in accordance with the internal procedures of the Company in the macro-region.
  • Providing household services and proper condition of the premises (providing units with furniture, household equipment, stationery, etc.);
  • Conclusion, maintenance, control of service contracts.
  • Participation and preparation of documents (TS) for tender direction procurement procedures;
  • Organization of interaction with service providers (cleaning, improvement, solid waste removal, loading operations)
  • Organization of business services for meetings, conferences and other buildings. events
  • Organization of the function of office work of the branch; (Incoming / outgoing correspondence, travel management, archive)
  • Participation in the formation of the budget in the direction of administrative and economic activities and monitoring the use of budget funds;
  • Preparation of analytical reports and control over timely decommissioning of inventories.

Important:

  • Management experience;
  • Understanding of the organization of interaction with service providers (cleaning, improvement, solid waste removal, loading operations)
  • Experience in budgeting and monitoring its implementation;
  • Confident PC user (Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • Work skills in automated workflow systems (Megapolis, Athena)
  • Ability to work in multitasking, fast learner;
