General Manager.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Formation and adjustment of sales plans, ensuring its implementation by other departments and participants of the processes;
  • Budget planning;
  • Ensure the effective and sustainable management of the financial and other resources;
  • Assistance with business external/internal operational and administrative issues;
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information;
  • Structuring of business processes (within the division and with other business divisions);
  • Check the work of department employees, train them;
  • Monitor employee compliance with rules and discipline;
  • Preparation of business proposals;
  • B2B sales management;
  • Active sales, customer base expansion;
  • Organization of effective distribution, meeting sales targets;
  • Negotiation with key customers, distributors, regional networks, sign of contracts;
  • Lead the strategic planning processes to ensure sustainability and relevance of the work;
  • Achieving the company's goals.

 

 

Requirements :

  • Fluent English (or German)/Russian/Ukrainian. Knowledge of German is an advantage
  • University degree
  • Minimum 5 years' leadership experience at a general management/executive level//leading sales/senior key account management in a larger or complex organization
  • Experienced in strategy development, change management, driving innovation
  • Main knowledge in the area of wood protection (stains, paints and wood treatment, window/door coatings, preventative and protective wood treatment, window/door coatings other wood protection, preventative and protective wood treatment) building protection would also be possible
  • Sales driven person who can see this the next carrier step (70% sales - 30% admin)
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask;
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
  • Strategic thinker, able to adapt the general strategy for Ukraine and develop a successful market approach
